About Ehtisham GFX
I'm Ehtisham — a graphic designer and YouTube thumbnail strategist. I design click-worthy thumbnails and channel visuals for creators who care about the numbers, not just the aesthetics.
How I got here
I started in graphic design making posters and social graphics, then moved fully into YouTube once I realised how much of a video's fate is decided in the half second a viewer spends looking at its thumbnail. Since then I've delivered hundreds of thumbnails across finance, documentary, gaming, podcast, business and IRL channels, for creators ranging from first uploads to established channels.
Every project starts the same way: I read the video idea, work out what makes someone curious about it, and then build the simplest possible image that carries that curiosity. Most weak thumbnails are not badly drawn — they are too busy, too small in the feed, or trying to say three things at once.
