This Privacy Policy explains how Ehtisham GFX ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares and protects information when you visit ehtishamgfx.com (the "Site") or order thumbnail and graphic design services from us. By using the Site you agree to the practices described here.

We only collect information that is needed to run the Site and deliver design work.

  • Information you give us. Your name, email address, WhatsApp number, Discord handle, channel link and project brief when you submit an order, a review or a contact message.
  • Automatically collected data. IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, pages viewed and time on page, collected through standard server logs and analytics.
  • Cookies and similar technologies. Small files stored in your browser used for basic site function, analytics and advertising.
  • Files you upload to our free tools. Images processed by our background remover and image enhancer are processed inside your own browser and are not uploaded to, or stored on, our servers.

2. How we use your information

  • To respond to enquiries and deliver the design services you request.
  • To send order confirmations, status updates and delivery files.
  • To operate, secure, debug and improve the Site and its free tools.

  • The YouTube Data API — used by our inspiration tool to display public video data.
