Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ehtishamgfx.com (the "Site"), its free tools, and any design services ordered from Ehtisham GFX. By using the Site or placing an order you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Services

Ehtisham GFX provides custom YouTube thumbnail design, channel branding and related graphic design services, along with free browser-based tools (background remover, image enhancer, thumbnail tester and thumbnail inspiration search). Free tools are provided as-is for convenience and may change or be withdrawn at any time.

2. Orders and briefs

  • An order is confirmed once we reply to your request and agree on scope and price.
  • You are responsible for supplying accurate briefs, reference material and assets.
  • You confirm that any images, footage or logos you send us are yours to use, or that you hold the necessary rights.
  • Turnaround times quoted are estimates and start once the brief is complete.

3. Payment

Prices are agreed in writing before work begins. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due on delivery. Late payment may pause further work on your project.

4. Revisions and refunds

Each order includes a stated number of revision rounds covering adjustments within the original brief. Changes to the concept, subject or direction after approval may be quoted as new work. If work has not yet started, you may cancel for a full refund. Once design work has begun, refunds are considered case by case and may be partial to reflect time already spent.

5. Ownership and licence

On full payment, you receive full rights to use the delivered final artwork for your channel and promotion of your content. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio, case studies and social media unless you request otherwise in writing. Working files, brushes and templates remain our property unless separately purchased.

6. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the Site or tools for unlawful, hateful, deceptive or infringing content.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape at scale or overload the Site.
  • Do not resell our free tools or present them as your own service.

7. Third-party content and advertising

The Site displays advertising and may show data from third-party sources such as the YouTube Data API. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, products or websites reachable from ads or links.

8. Disclaimer

The Site and free tools are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any specific click-through rate, view count, revenue or growth outcome from designs or advice published on this Site.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the order concerned. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
